Do my parents or I need to install an app to use InvisiCare?
No! That is the core beauty of InvisiCare. The daily morning summaries and safety notifications arrive directly on WhatsApp or iMessage. If you want to review historical trends or view detailed biometrics, our web app is available anytime, but day-to-day use requires zero apps and zero logins.
How does Wi-Fi setup work if there is no app?
It’s completely frictionless. The system uses home Wi-Fi, but you never have to download a setup app or create hardware accounts. Simply scan the QR code on the Smart Hub with any smartphone camera, select your home Wi-Fi network, and enter your password. That’s it—your device is online and permanently connected.
Why is InvisiCare different from an Apple Watch, Fitbit, or Oura Ring?
Every consumer wearable is designed for individual self-monitoring—they require the wearer to charge the battery every 1–4 days, wear it to sleep, and check their own phone. Elderly parents routinely forget or refuse to wear them. Will they feel the sensor under their mattress?
